only significant running accomplishments done have been sprinting after little black and white balls (years ago)

a few 5Ks, first 10k (trail), half marathon (trail), ??

in general ... can this fast twitch muscle fiber guy do it without losing my strength and power???

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run from Kolob to East entrance of Zions in as few days as possible and do it safely (I'm Type 1 diabetic)

So ... where am I on some of my goals?

The biggest accomplishment: dropped 6 pounds.  I'll continue truckin' along.

I'm playing more tennis (2x week).  With the beautiful weather, I'll feel more inclined to run more and start getting ready for my 10k and half-marathon.
