Run from Kolob to East entrance of Zions in as few days as possible and do it safely (I'm Type 1 diabetic)

Won the weight loss contest at work!  goal checked off

Preparing for the 10k (likely May).  Hope I have enough time ... through the winter I've run little, played lots of tennis, and have only started run a little this spring.  Don't feel like I'll be ready, but I may.
